Car was scheduled for recall work, took the car in only for them to call me 4 hours later and said repairs cannot be completed because we needed to order parts and they would take another day to receive th for them to call me 4 hours later and said repairs cannot be completed because we needed to order parts and they would take another day to receive them! Don’t you plan ahead with recall work or repairs by ordering necessary parts ahead of time?? MAJOR INCONVENIENCE as I took a day off of work for nothing and now have to take a second day off! More
I was in for a basic oil change last week. After 2 hours, I checked on the status. It was clear that something had happened and my truck was not ready. They took care of me and I will be back. Levent was great to work with. I would have preferred a slightly longer wait if it meant getting my truck washed though. More
The regular maintenance for oil change and tire rotation etc went smoothly. There was an extra delay while they had to track down a cabin air filter not available onsite. For an oil change and annual checkup, I waited 2-1/2 hours. Perhaps because it was Monday? Also, the coupon I received in the mail for an oil change was not applied because different oil was used... not hours. Perhaps because it was Monday?
