I was traveling to St. Paul and my car indicator said I needed an oil change. I stopped in to Shaumberg Ford without an appointment and explained my situation. They said they would get me in shortly and get me back on the road. They said I also had a Recall Notice on my Ford Escape and could fix that for me at the same time.
