No clue what Customer Service is I brought my car to Rohrman Ford today to have a leak in one corner of its sunroof. The service manager was aware of the purpose of the appt late last week when we discussed it, and it wasn't until after I spent the time to come in, get checked in and explain to the service rep the reason for my visit, that the service manager told the rep, who told me, that they would check the cause of the leak, but that if it was a clogged drain tube, as he told me last week was likely the cause, that it was considered a maintenance item and wouldn't be covered by warranty, so I'd have to pay around $170 for the mechanic's time. This information should have been shared with me last week, so that I didn't waste my time, or my son's time (came to drive me home) today. More

Great service I went into look at a car and right away friendly car salesman met my family at the door Paul I was going into see a sales manager that I have worked I went into look at a car and right away friendly car salesman met my family at the door Paul I was going into see a sales manager that I have worked with before and Paul went and got him.Jeff ask Paul to help me pick out a truck so he could run the numbers and he picked my family up in a beautiful seven seater explorer and I asked him to let me drive it and he did so after which I went into Jeff and he ran the numbers and a deal was struck. Over all my experiences with car sales people have bad but this was excellent thank Jeff and Paul at Schaumburg ford for the easy job of getting something done ? More

Friendly, Fair, but Very Slow We live in Oklahoma and traveled through 2 states to buy a truck from them. Worked out the price over the phone before we headed that way. However, plan on spending the day with them. Even though they knew we were coming it took them an hour to bring it from their other lot. Another 2 hours to get the first paper with the offer price correctly printed for us to sign so they could write up the contract. Another 45 minute wait for the contracts. But we weren't done yet. We waited an additional 30 minutes for them to finish detailing a new truck and filling up the tank. All told, 4.5 hours to see the truck and sign papers. Make sure you have the owners manual before you leave. We neglected to check and are in the process of trying to get one sent to us. More
