Left waiting I had my truck towed in for service on a Wednesday morning with what I was sure to be a water pump issue. I purchased my vehicle from another dealersh I had my truck towed in for service on a Wednesday morning with what I was sure to be a water pump issue. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and had a extended warranty. The gentleman who helped check me in did a nice job getting my info and verifying my warranty. I was told I would hear back before the end of the day or early the next day after they inspected my truck as far as if it was covered by my warranty. Early the next day they contacted me and verified that it was the water pump and was actually covered under the the original power train warranty and I did not have to pay a deductible. This was good news. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the service employee telling me that the technician noticed some play in one of the tie rod ends and was recommending it be replaced. He also told me that it would need to have an alignment done and that it was covered under the extended warranty which was my $100 deductible. I said that's fine and to go on with the repair. Later I was contacted again and was told that the technician was recommending a full alignment, not just the front, and that was going to be an additional $70. With apprehension, I said that was fine and was told he would call when it was ready. Later that day they called and said it was finished and they were waiting for confirmation from the warranty company for payment. I wasn't going to be able to pick it up that night so I said that's fine. I was told they would contact me early the next day when it was ready. Noon rold around the next day with no word on my truck. So I contact service and I'm told that they haven't heard back from the warranty company on verification of payment. I say "what are you talking about, you mean the work is done and I can't get it"? He tells me No. The Roarman Dealer policy is to collect payment for warranty work prior to releasing the vehicle and that can take 24 to 48 hours from the completion of the work. I tell him that's unexplainable! He checked on it and he called me back 30 minutes later and told me I could pick up my truck. I spoke with the gentleman in service and told him that this policy is joke and that I have never heard of such a thing. He acknowledged it was a bad policy but it didn't help much. The fact they had my truck for two and a half days for a water pump was a joke! More

Here it is August 22 and I'm back again for the 4th time in 3 months in regards to my low tire pressure light being on and now I'm being charged 50 dollars after my fourth visit for the same problem. Over all disappoint in this Ford and will not ever purchase another car from this location. More

Service I needed a module replaced, I understand they had to order it but they had my car longer then they said they would. Never did they try and call me on the status, I consistently had to call service for an update and even then they were never available so I left messages. I would never recommend this service center to anyone More
