Terrible Customer Service!!! I dropped off my 2013 Explorer sport for diagnostic and oil change. I picked up my vehicle the next day with it being diagnosed with needing a timing I dropped off my 2013 Explorer sport for diagnostic and oil change. I picked up my vehicle the next day with it being diagnosed with needing a timing chain. No mention of needing or completing an oil change (which is why i brought it in). So I take the truck home and bring it back the following week to have the timing chain and water pump replaced. When asking for a loaner they were only able to accommodate me with a fusion that could barely fit my 3 kids with carseats. The service advisor Tom said that it would be done in about 3 days, dropping it off Monday Should be done Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes with no phone call. Two days later I call to find out the status of my vehicle and the service advisor says " Oh your car has been done since Wednesday. We tried to call you once and your voicemail is full." There was no missed phone call in my call history and no other attempt to inform me my vehicle was finished. When picking it up I noticed that the oil sticker had not been changed and upon further inspection the oil was actually never changed. when I called back to ask if the oil was changed and if by chance this job entailed having the coolant flushed, I was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and never heard back from them. Then upon further inspection of my vehicle, i noticed several scratches along the driver door panel as if someone's belt, keys, button from pants, or maybe a tool in someones back pocket from entering and exiting the vehicle in a sliding manner (either the porter or mechanic). Also the Plastic cover that sits over the engine had a crack in it as well. When I brought this to the service managers attention he had his service advisor call me back and deflected what I had to say by saying "their most experienced tech worked on that car and if I could send a picture." A picture was sent and I didn't get any further response from them. The unprofessionalism is unreal. Ive had several vehicles and have serviced them at corresponding dealerships ( acura rdx to mullers woodfield acura.) The difference in customer service couldn't be anymore opposite. The service team at other dealerships roll out the red carpet for you regardless of the service situation and treat your vehicle with care . I have two Fords that I've been bringing to these guys since 2015. The timing chain replacement I don't have a problem with, the mechanical work that was done seems to be great. But if I'm going to spend $2900 for OEM repair at a dealership I expect them to treat my vehicles with utmost care. They applied a $100 coupon towards the repair however the panel that was scratched up goes for about $150 used on eBay. So I actually received no savings and have to shell out $150 plus labor to get this panel replaced. Im pretty easy going for the most part and let most minor issues slide. If it was one or two scratches I would have let it slide. Even my kids know not to stand on my door jams to keep them looking nice. I could have brought my vehicle anywhere for half the price. I bring it to Ford not because I'm looking to pay twice as much as these smaller mechanic shops but because I require a certain level of professionalism. More

Very easy to deal with. The truck was priced to sell & they still negotiated. Nick went out of his way to accommodate us. The finance department had the paperwork done ahead of time and we were in & out q they still negotiated. Nick went out of his way to accommodate us. I had a good experience during the buying process, I was treated very well and everyone was very friendly. The only real issue I had was when I went to leave the gas tank on the truck I bought was on E. I t treated very well and everyone was very friendly.
