Last week I asked "What happened to (the old) Scanlon Lexus" now that there is a new owner. The question arose from a third-degree interrogation by the phone operator in order to be connected to my Serv Lexus" now that there is a new owner. The question arose from a third-degree interrogation by the phone operator in order to be connected to my Service Advisor. At least Dan Hoffman hasn't changed. I termed him "the greatest Service Advisor" and I stand by it. Dan oversees the service and keeps my informed as to the progress, noting any changes to what I had previously understood. In this case, a part had to be ordered. With Dan's timely and informative (though not intrusive) notifications, I was able to plan my day's route to end up at the dealership at the promised time to find my serviced and washed vehicle. If I had to list one complaint, well, I just couldn't do it. Not when Dan is looking after our family vehicle. Oh, and nothing else has really changed at the dealership. All the things that I liked, for servicing my 20 year old Lexus, are still there: the hospitality, the pricing structure, the knowledge. Looks like I'll return for my 135,000 mile service. More

Having purchased many new cars in my lifetime, I have never purchased one outside of GA. The salesman, finance officer and technology person were all so attentive, knowledgeable of the products and very never purchased one outside of GA. RC 350 F Sport 15000 mile service went well. I was anxious to know how things would change with the Scanlon group not in charge. I was pleasantly surprised that things are going well.
