Sarah the rep and Eddie the technician did an excellent job! While under Scanlon, I took my car in for air conditioner repair with no success. Evidently, the techs were too lazy to find out the issue. Yes job! While under Scanlon, I took my car in for air conditioner repair with no success. Eddie, the technician checked the air conditioner vent doors and replaced them! There was no sales pressure and their excellence in service has changed my mind on future service. More
