After searching for a year or more for a 2020 or 2021 Lexus ES 350, I was fortunate to connect with Lexus of Fort Myers as the dealership had exactly what I was looking for. I got luckier when I called the store and Jenna answered my call and immediately sent me pics of the car and other details. It was exactly what I was looking for. Jenna provided me with all the information I needed to purchase the car and she provided amazing service and important details needed by an out of state buyer. Jenna then hooked me up with Seth, the stores business manager. Seth explained out of state buyers procedure and immediately sent me detailed pricing of the car. My silver ES 350 arrived at my office this morning. Jenna and Seth as brand ambassadors personify amazing....so does the car! More

Everybody just hates a roofing nail in your tire! Lexus Fort Myers helped tremendously by seeing me within 30 minutes, and this was at 4pm! My tire was unusual and they didn’t have it in stock, but n Lexus Fort Myers helped tremendously by seeing me within 30 minutes, and this was at 4pm! My tire was unusual and they didn’t have it in stock, but no problem- they gave me a sweet loaner SUV for 24 hours so that I could come and get the car the following day! Friendly and efficient staff also helped to make it a great experience :-) More
