In other dealerships I've dealt with, I always got the sense that the salespeople weren't trustworthy... telling me the right words, but ultimately ripping me off. Not so at Sayville Ford. Both Mark Jama and Tony Aiello were not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they also made me feel like they genuinely cared. And unlike my experiences with other car dealerships, not only did I NOT feel like I got ripped off when I left, but I was more than satisfied with the deal I got! I would highly recommend Sayville Ford to anyone! More

We bought a new Ford edge from Mark Trimboli and were very pleased with the experience. Mark is a newer employee and is very eager to satisfy his customers. The entire staff was very friendly. I just recently leased a 2014 Ford Fusion from Sayville Ford with the help of Bob Hope. Coming in as a first buyer I was completely clueless and nervous! Bob was extremely helpful and friendly! In December of 2011, my wife and I purchased a pre-owned Ford Edge. We were sold a warranty by our salesman and finance manager that gave us 5 years FROM PURCHASE or 100,000 miles. Eventually, the Edge ex Ford Edge. We were sold a warranty by our salesman and finance manager that gave us 5 years FROM PURCHASE or 100,000 miles. Eventually, the Edge experienced transmission problems during March of 2013 and at 37,000 miles, our transmission needed a complete replacement. When going over the warranty we purchased, the service reps told us what we purchased did not really exist. In fact, our warranty was 5 years from the BIRTH of the car or 60,000. They recommended a call to Sayville Ford Corporate. After receiving zero help, we were told to call the finance director. At this point, the salesman AND the finance agent no longer work at the establishment. The person that received our call, TOM, skirted our called on several occasions after he initially told us he would be right back to us. We formally wrote a complaint to the GM, Finance Director, and owner but have not since heard a thing. As for the service dept, they took 7 business days to complete the installation only to have transmission fluid leak all over my brand new driveway and pavers. I will be filing a Lemon Law complaint with the AG Monday morning. Stay Away from Sayville Ford!!! More
