Purchasing my F150 from Sayville Ford was an overall excellent experience. Tiago was a great salesmen because he didn’t ‘sell’ me anything. I financed from an outside bank and Sayville didn’t even blink (some dealers give grief if you outside finance which is horrible). If you want all business and straight talk come to Sayville Ford, my wife and I went to purchase the vehicle and everything was done in less than 20 minutes! These guys are professionals. Liam was excellent in showing us different aspects of the vehicle before we drove off. There was one thing missing on the truck, a foot rail cap, Tom in service immediately ordered the part to install. They aren’t big on the small talk, I personally don’t need it when making a large purchase so it was the perfect dealership for me. More

Brought my 2018 explorer in for Service under warranty, Brought my 2018 explorer in for Service under warranty, a back seat issue wasn't working properly . After there evaluation they come to the conclu Brought my 2018 explorer in for Service under warranty, a back seat issue wasn't working properly . After there evaluation they come to the conclusion that I close the seat with the seatbelt still attached. So they found that the seatbelt was tangled up and that was the reason why my seat would not close properly . So the service issue wasn't covered due to operator error . After having my truck for the whole day I picked up the truck try the backseat operation the same results not working the same way I brought it in . Show the service advisor and the mechanic it's still not working the same way I brought it in after you charge me their response was oh will have to look at it again and there might be more charges because of the seatbelt. It's quite apparent that the seatbelt was not the issue they do not want to stand behind their product. The service manager Dimitri does not even want to get involved.. don't ever go to this dealership they are not customer friendly More

The deals are the best in town. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Tony A, the salesman was very professional. Service is awful. Made an appointment last week to get recalls fixed on my Car and oil changed. Only to show up to find out they don’t have the parts and need to order them.
