Sayville Ford

I bought a new Ford Escape from salesman Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford in Feb 2019. At the time I found a small interior fabric defect on the day after I picked up the car. Tony arranged to have it repaired right in my driveway! Fast forward two and a half years later. I unfortunately had a major factory defect warranty repair which would lay up my car for quite some time. I was having no luck with the service dept or Ford Corporate as far as getting a loaner vehicle. After more than two weeks I was out of options. It occurred to me to try one last thing. I emailed Tony and within hours he had a loaner car reserved for me. How often would that happen? You reach out to the salesman that sold you the car and2 1/2 years later and he still helps you out. Tony is the best! If anyone is considering a Ford PLEASE look up Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford. He is an old school guy, not many left. the last time I wrote a review I said I'd give him ten stars if I could. I'm up to 15 stars now!! CALL TONY!! I'm giving Sayville ford the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars due to supply chain issues etc. they lost the fifth star because I went three weeks without a loaner until I spoke to Tony Aiello. More
