Jesse has made this the best experience I've could of ask for. I order the ford maverick back in 2021. Me and Jesse probably talked on the phone like 40 times over the last 2 years waiting for my truck to co for. I order the ford maverick back in 2021. If you want to get screwed, this is the place for you. Put my car in for service for an Alternator and was told that I also needed a water pump. I elected not to do the water pump because I had no leaki Put my car in for service for an Alternator and was told that I also needed a water pump. I elected not to do the water pump because I had no leaking on my driveway prior to it going to them. Not only did they still charge me for the parts on my bill but when I got home I put cardboard under the car to see if it was indeed leaking. It ABSOLUTELY was not. I brought it back to get the refund on the parts they charged me for without doing the work and they put the car on the lift, pressurized the water pump and long behold "no leak". I was overcharged for the alternator by $191.36 and charged for over 3 hours of labor, that should have taken no more then 1.5 hours. Needless to say I will not be back! More
