After speaking with the sales person over the phone and via email, they told me they could get my vehicle for me from another dealership. We stopped by and put our deposit down and they asked if we could c via email, they told me they could get my vehicle for me from another dealership. We stopped by and put our deposit down and they asked if we could come in the next buisness day to pick it up. We said, we could not but we could do it soon after. The price that they gave for the vehicle was very competitive and they worked on us on a decent (but not the best) price for our trade in. We were happy with the service that we had gotten and thought it was a great experience. I thought they had already spoken with the other dealership and were getting the vehicle for us. It was a huge surprise when the next buisness day, my sales person called and we were told that the car they proposed to us at another dealership had sold and was no longer available. Instead they could get another one at another dealer or it be built. (I found out later that that vehicle at the other dealership had NOT sold over the weekend). Since we needed the vehicle within a certain time frame, having it built was not an option, and getting it from another dealer worried me since they weren't able to get the one we wanted in the first place. In the second place, the other one at the other dealer did not have the options or the color that we wanted. When I asked to get my deposit refunded to me since we were no longer interested in pursing the purchase, I was told that I had to physically go back to the dealership to have the money refunded. Unfortuantely, this is not a good option since they are very far from my home. I wasn't made aware of this when I put my deposit down. I have emailed the sales person and have not received a response back. So when I called the dealership about the refund, they explained that I would have to come in person since they do not refund over the phone. If I had known this, I would never had put a deposit down until I KNEW they could get the vehicle in question. I don't understand why they would have me put money down on a vehicle that they couldn't get in the first place. It seemed very shady and a bit like a bait and switch. I am very unhappy and this has left a very sour taste in my mouth especially since its going to be extremely difficult to get my deposit back. I would not recommend ANYONE to go to this dealership. George Gregory our sales professional was low key and did not try and pressure us in any aspects of the car buying experience. He was friendly,informative and very accomodating. I went to this dealership for a GMC Yukon Denali XL. I purchased the vehicle in late October but intentionally waited to submit a review until after I had experience with their service team. The salesman (George) was friendly and very helpful without being pushy. He took the time to talk about the vehicle and show us different options. While common among luxury/foreign dealers, domestic dealers either don't or are hesitant to allow a customer to test drive a car without a salesperson in the car. Jim Salerno allowed me to take the car home and "live" with it overnight. This occurred during the October blizzard. Needless to say, the SUV performed well and sold itself. Having leased/owned various "tiers" of cars over the course of my driving life, I have come to appreciate and value the "ownership" experience. Despite being closer to another GMC dealer and equidistant to another, I went with Jim Salerno because they were more accomodating and took the time to talk about my families needs. I have had two service visits so far and feel good knowing that the "dealer" experience will continue to be positive throughout my ownership of this vehicle. George was great at the onset, during the transaction and took the time to answer questions after the sale. All the sales people seem friendly but having worked with George, I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a GMC vehicle. More

I'm sure the rest of the sales staff is good, but when you walk in ask for George. You will not be disappointed. I visited the dealership about 4 months before we bought the car. Our lease was ending and I was looking for a replacement to my Volvo SUV. In my experience when I tell the salesmen I'm buying in 4 months the sales person runs away... worried about their quota this month not some guy kicking tires. But not George, he spent 45 minutes with me answering questions and taking me on a test drive. A few months later I returned with my wife and over the course of 2 more visits we picked out the features that my wife wanted in the new car. During all of these meetings George was patient and always willing to offer his insight on the truck. We received a very fair price and Joe Borden was able to get us the truck we wanted. Joe also treated us very well. Making sure that we received any discounts that were available and making sure we understood everything about the purchase. Between George and Joe, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. More

I visited this dealership entirely on a wim 3 weeks ago. I had the most exhausting story to tell as I was upside down in my lease and I didn't think anyone would want to listen, let alone help me. Scott Emory approached me as I was looking at a used car, when I didn't even feel like speaking to anyone. I had just received "not-so-good" news on my current lease from another dealer and I was not in a good mood at all. He made me feel so welcome. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever and that made me want to open up to him! He could not have been nicer and more friendly. Honestly, car salesman have a rep to only care about making a sale and I found it so surreal that I didn't see this in Scott. As the dealership closed, I had Joe Borden approach me and basically tell me that they were going to do anything in their power to help me. I couldn't believe it. I have never in my life had as great an experience as I have had at this dealership. I had so many people jump in to try to help me...Jonathan Weiner, Joe Borden, AJ Frasca and of course Scott Emory. Scott sat with me for hours!!, fully knowing I may not purchase a car, having NO expectations. He explained so many things to me. Things that put me so at ease, that it made me want to give this man a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership at all. I can't say enough positive things about my time here. More
