The dealership as a hole is fine. The service until now has been fine. Recently the truck was brought in with a problem concerning the radio. Was told it had to be replaced. We made the decision to replace has been fine. Recently the truck was brought in with a problem concerning the radio. Was told it had to be replaced. We made the decision to replace it. At the same time I was having a problem with the key getting stuck in the ignition. They ordered a part for it and put it in. It was OK for awhile then it started doing it again. Was told it needed a new shifter. They did it a a reduced price but if it was done the first time the total full price would have been less than what I ended up paying. Back to the radio, they replaced it. Now not only was the radio doing strange things but the whole unit was also. Switching screens, calling onstar by itself, wouldn't react to touch controls and more. They replaced the radio and told me it was fixed. NO IT WASN'T. The first thing I did when I got in the truck was try to tune the radio. There was no response to anything I touched. The truck stayed there so they could fix it. I used to be a mechanic, when I fixed something I would run it through its paces to make sure it was right before I said it was done. This was not the case here. They said it was the touch screen and they put a new one in and didn't charge me, as I believe they shouldn't have, so that was something but I can't believe that wasn't checked before I was told it was fixed the first time and I have to wonder if that was all that was needed in the first place. I am truly reconsidering my loyalty to Sawyer. My confidence in the service dept. has surely been damaged. More
