Rude greeting from service advisor, delayed vehicle diagnoses, and prolonged warranty service. I made an appointment for my truck to get looked at for warranty work and some other issues. I arrived the morning of my appointment after dropping off my child at school. I then was next in line and the service advisor was informed I was there for my appointment. She then says out loud that I am very very late. And proceeds to state it again. I then stand up and approach the desks and ask “Am I late”? She then says yes very. I apologize because I had to drop my child off and school and my wife had to follow me to Catskill for my appointment. I also say I thought the service department didn’t open until 9:00 which is when I arrived. She says no 8:00am. After receiving my keys I emailed her the photos and video of the issues of my truck so the technician would have a better Idea as to what the concern is. I waited until Friday evening at 5:00pm to call because I haven’t herd anything. She tells me the truck has yet to be looked at. After she stated the truck will have to be there by Monday morning at 8:00 if I were to take it for the weekend so I left it with them. Monday I called at 5:00pm to see if they took a look at the truck and she said no. It wasn’t until Tuesday at 5:30 pm that I received a call that the truck was looked over and diagnosed. A part had to be ordered and wouldn’t be in until Thursday where the service would be completed. So overall I waited 6 business days and 8 days total to get my truck back with an appointment. I am a very patient person and I understand that things happen. I have brought my other trucks here for regular oil changes and this truck for an engine rebuild back in June. I was treated with complete disrespect, lack of communication, and still was charged full price for the service that wasn’t covered by my warranty. I hope that future customers are treated with value and respect. I will no longer bring my vehicles to this dealership because of the disregard for my time, business, and how rude a “customer service” advisor treated me More
