Mike in service was very helpful; however, they could probably use more help since they were back logged for several days. Had my car towed in with a severe shake in the front end on a Thursday. Was told the car would be looked at the beginning of the following week. After no call, I called them on Wednesday, and received a sar on a Thursday. Was told the car would be looked at the beginning of the following week. After no call, I called them on Wednesday, and received a sarcastic tone from the service department. I was told they "might" be able to look at it the next day. By Friday, I was told they didn't know, and could not predict, when my car would be looked at. It was mid-week the following week when I was told all that was wrong was a bent rim. This took an additional week to repair. I was charged a total of $400 for a rim repair (not replacement), which included a $150 diagnostic fee that they claimed is "never included in the repair cost". Avoid this place if you can. More
