As usual just great! I called and made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. The appointment was made for the next day at 9am. My vehicle was finished an hr later with no nonsense. Tim was very attentive to my wishes and did all that he said he would do. Tim worked hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse and then made the whole process enjoyable.
