As we spoke, he proposed some other options we had not considered, which included leasing. He was very thorough in explaining ALL our options, and very patient as we considered them. Much to our pleasant surprise, 2 days later, we returned to pick up our new, 2018 Equinox. The experience was positive in that Tim Day was both very professional as well as personable. He takes his work very seriously, and made sure we had no questions, or doubts, both as we talked and later when we came back to pick up our car.
