Service Tech came out around 750am on a Saturday to take my info. They took customer's information without any order. They said, the system keeps it in order. I was the fourth in line and they were checking my info. They took customer's information without any order. They said, the system keeps it in order. I was the fourth in line and they were checking in people coming much later on the second lane. I was offer the 45k package, I explained that I didnt have time for all that, I needed to leave quick. The service guy's reply, "Oh it wont be quick, you will be here for hours" I said, I am 4th in line, how long? He said, "3 to 4 hours", I said, for an oil change? "oh yeah, we are backed up from yesterday". He was curt the whole time and unapologetic. I backed my truck up and left. Three to 4 hours for an oil change. I had Kyle there (still waiting for an answer for the decal and bumper rust), changed a door handle and wash my truck in less than 3 and this guy is telling me 4 hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning where I am 4th in line, come on. I guess they have high school students doing oil changes. I went to Pines Ford, 2 hours I was out. More
Service department charged me for seal replacements that never was completed by them, took vehicle to another dealership who pointed out none of the seals had been changed due to the service report that is never was completed by them, took vehicle to another dealership who pointed out none of the seals had been changed due to the service report that is internal with Ford. Spoke with Sawgrass service manager, he explained to me that I didn’t have photographic prove. Then he called me back after I terminated the call, I felt very threatened by what was said and how it was said. Ford is great, just not this dealership. More
