Service Center Totally incompetent. Truck sat there 7 days while they figure out why my electronics display wasn't working. After 3 days they say they need to replac Totally incompetent. They were going to over night it because it was sitting there 3 days already. First day I call, they say the part didn't get ordered. Next day I call the part didn't come in handy but it will be here tomorrow no doubt. Next day I call, no part again. No clue where it is and they tell me tomorrow again. I finally had enough and told them I would be picking it up, have it ready. I go to pick it up and the incompetence continues. Can't find my keys. Service guy Mike is a liar and is clueless. Manager Enrique is Clueless. I had to give it one star because zero was not an option. Trust me run from this place More

You typically don't see that kind of loyalty at most companies in Florida. They quoted me the lowest price of 3 dealers that I reached out to. The no dealer fee thing was icing on the cake. More

He knew how to communicate with us well and did not rush us or try to upsell my parents on anything. He asked them exactly what they were looking for and picked the perfect vehicle for their needs. They used to have a '98 Explorer. This new one is night and day different. I'm so happy they got it. More

This past weekend we bought a new Fusion from Sawgrass Ford. After purchasing the car, I wanted to make sure that we didn't get ripped off. Out of curiosity, we shopped two other dealers for the identical car with the same options and the price we paid at Sawgrass was at least $500-700 less than what other dealers quoted us. That compelled me to come here and write this review after finding out that we really did get a super good deal. More
Excellent Customer Service I just had my 2008 Explorer serviced here plus 3 of my company cars always get service here. Sawgrass Ford has done everything to it since I bought the Explorer brand new. In all of the vehicles they've put new transmission fluid, full tune-up's and done 100% of the oil changes. I don't talk to Enrique every time I come here, but on all of the times he was involved with my service, his customer service has been stellar. I've been able to use each of the service people when I've come in over the years and each and every one of them have been great, helpful and fun to talk to. Many times I come in to see Samantha or Kyle and both of them are awesome. When I reach 200,000 miles on the Explorer, I'm planning on buying a new F-150 from them very soon. We have bought many Fusions from here for our company cars and they have given us awesome deals each and every time we come in. After coming here so many times, I don't see how anyone could ever say anything bad about these people unless they were a competitor posting a fake negative review. They have treated me well for years. More
Excellent Service! I saw that Ford was doing 0% again so I came in and bought a new Fusion. Ernie gave me a price over the phone. The numbers he gave me matched up when I saw that Ford was doing 0% again so I came in and bought a new Fusion. Ernie gave me a price over the phone. Service department awful Ever since the service manager changed the service I have received versus the service I used to receive is incomparable. After they got done diagnosing my car for the third time (which by the way way a 2011 expedition limited with only 50,000 miles on it ) fully maintained and still under warranty , I traded it in. NO OTHER CHOICE!! I was not going to throw money out the window. I am now enjoying my new 2016 expedition platinum ( which I did not purchase from sawgrass ). I will never do business with them again. As far as I am concerned their reputation greatly disintegrated with the change of staff and management. It was definitely NOT a change for the better. They cost me a lot of time .... Lies lies and more lies. And with that said it progressed to bigger and bigger problems. I recommend any dealer EXCEPT SAWGRASS FORD. This is my 4th expedition and I have never had such a horrible experience in all my years of ownership. More

I got the full out the door pricing along with all taxes. He saved me a ton of time and gas $$ from driving all over town. When I came in to buy the vehicle, everything I was told over the phone matched perfectly with the buyer's order and financial paperwork. They gave me a smoking deal on the truck I bought. I left here very happy. More

After comparing vehicles from numerous Ford dealers all over South Florida, Sawgrass Ford became the winner of my business. They had some of the nicest people to work with. Their finance people were fantastic. They were one of the few who saved me time up front and negotiated everything over the phone before I even stepped foot in the dealership. I love people who respect my time like that. More
Kept my old car running My car was approaching the 100,000 mile mark and was running poorly. I brought it in for service and for less than a car payment, they did a full tune-up and fixed all the issues. Now I'm back on the road and my car runs like new again. The longer I can keep this thing, the longer I can keep driving without making car payments. They did a great job and I'm thrilled with their customer service. The mechanic who did the work did a fantastic job and he was a super nice guy to talk to. More
