Ford Edge; Dan is the Man! My wife and I visited Sawgrass Ford on December 10th. We have been looking at Ford SUV's for almost a full year. The gentleman who helped us was Dan S My wife and I visited Sawgrass Ford on December 10th. We have been looking at Ford SUV's for almost a full year. The gentleman who helped us was Dan Shamir. He has been with Sawgrass for 20 years. Dan couldn't have been more knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through the entire car-buying procedure. We looked at the Ford Escape and the Ford Edge. He even pulled out a couple of late-model used vehicles for price comparison purposes. Answered all questions and was very at ease in his overall knowledge. We test-drove one of the 2016 Ford Edge Titanium models... and I was instantly hooked. We also brought in my 2005 Ford Mustang for a possible trade-in. The folks at Sawgrass gave us a very fair quote in terms of trade-in value. We accepted the quote and we were on our way! Dan was also very informative in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of buying versus leasing. We ended up leasing the 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. Dan ALSO threw in some extras that he didnt have to... like free maintenance. And who doesnt love NO Dealer Fees? When we were on the phone transferring our car insurance from one vehicle to another, he even contributed significantly in that area as well. In fact, Dan's insight and comments actually saved us about $1500 per year in car insurance. He is truly 'The Man'! This was as enjoyable and comfortable of an experience in what is usually considered a stressful endeavor. We will be back for more vehicles in the future at Sawgrass Ford. It's no wonder they are the #1 Ford dealer in the state of Florida. Thank you VERY MUCH Dan. With your tremendous help and service, I have one again fallen in love with the entire driving experience. I have zero regrets. Pines BMW was hitting me with MONSTER fees for nearly everything. I totally freaked out at the lack of fees that this dealership charges. I only wish I bought a Ford sooner. I love the positive attitude that the people here all have. They even have a barber shop in there. Big thumps up from me! I drove all the way here from Doral. The money on I saved by not paying a dealer fee more than paid for the gas hundreds times over. More

Just like the majority of the people have indicated on here, these guys were great to deal with and I wasn't there for 5-6+ hours just to buy a car like I've done at previous dealerships. Fortunately the quality of Fords has drastically improved a lot over the years to the point where I can now recommend many other family members to buy one as well. My sister is going to be buying a car here next week after she saw how well my experience just was. I wanted to say thank you for taking it easy on me. You guys were the best. With Trump in office, I'd be hard pressed to buy an import now. Buy American! Keep the money in the country! THANK YOU! More

He says there is no such thing as temp tags for a car and that they won't deliver vehicles to people's homes, but when you confront them about it and hit them where their wallet is. They will then help you. Never take what they say at face value. If you can deal with someone else. If you try to call them for help. They will keep transfering you around the dealership without telling you. Then the next you know is someone else greeting you. If you can need a car or services. Don't go here. More

I love my new Mustang I just bought my first new Mustang from here and love it. For a 4-banger this thing SCOOTS! I don't know how they get so much power out of a 4-cylinde I just bought my first new Mustang from here and love it. For a 4-banger this thing SCOOTS! They did a great job fixing my old car I bought a car from here 10 years ago. I've been servicing it here ever since. The car still runs like new. I must say, they were definitely well worth the drive that we made. I am telling you from experience, that these guys are the real deal.
