I worked with Andy Nocera, Michael DeFrank, and Joey Maturi arranging the details of my lease. The deal I drove out with was fantastic and Joey and Michael worked hard to get me the very best lease terms possible. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention paid to me by the dealership management team. My salesperson, Andy Nocera, was courteous, professional, accommodating and never applied undue pressure. He is to be commended for providing all of the details I needed while simultaneously treating me like family. In addition to the sales team, the service team is also top-notch at L&B. Came in for repairs...left with a 2915 Dodge Dart! The initial reason for my visit was to have an extensive amount of repairs done to my 2011 Dodge Caliber. The Caliber was working fine but needed tire The initial reason for my visit was to have an extensive amount of repairs done to my 2011 Dodge Caliber. The Caliber was working fine but needed tires, struts, etc. to pass the next inspection. So, I dropped it off and used one of their Jeep Cherokees for two days. Upon my return Dave Kegerise and I were chatting and he asked me if I wanted to " go for a ride in his car". Great sales ploy! I said okay, went for the ride in the red 2015 Dodge Dart and was hooked. Came back to L & B, and did the paperwork, etc. and took the car home that evening. Totally love the car and appreciate the foresight of Dave knowing that I might be interested in a new vehicle plus I had a decent car to trade since all the repairs were already made to the Caliber, which, I was told, sold the next day! Have been dealing with L & B since 1988 and have always had a fabulous experience. More
Where's the Caution Tape? I have visited a few Savage Dealerships on my travels and this particular dealership is one of the nicer ones when it comes to staff and the appearanc I have visited a few Savage Dealerships on my travels and this particular dealership is one of the nicer ones when it comes to staff and the appearance of their cars. But before you go make sure you do your research on the cars they have. Numerous times that I have went the VIN numbers were wrong on the vehicles as well as the years, makes, models, etc. It seems that they don't take the time to categorize their vehicles and advertise them appropriately. Although they were nice, they were very wishy washy. Make sure you KBB, Black Book, Edmunds, or whatever you have to do to find the value of the car you want to purchase from them, which was my mistake. I only say that because they don't have prices on their vehicles, it's magically pulled out of some deep hole, or they roll dice then add a couple grand. The particular dealer I had dealt with was Chelsea. She is extremely nice, but her methods of selling need improvement. When I walked onto the lot, the car I saw was nice and I wanted it due to the fact it had everything I wanted in the car. I asked for the price and She told me 28,000 and I was happy because that was the price range I was looking for. Well as we punched in numbers the VIN was the wrong, the year advertised was wrong, and that should have been my key to leave, but I was foolish. She told me the car was much higher than what she told me, (then why make it up) but she said somewhere in Wonderland they can keep the 28,000 price tag but my payments would be an arm and two legs. Well the payment wasn't sitting with me very well so I walked. A couple weeks later I got a phone call about another car that was on the lot that had the majority of things I wanted. Long story short I walked away with that car, but it wasn't until seven days later I called her up saying I don't like this vehicle and it wasn't for me. Well, she said she would do something about it, but never did. Then the kicker to the story is the price they sold me my car was the EXACT same price of the car that had everything I wanted, but yet my payments for the car I originally wanted were almost 100.00 more? I don't think that makes any sense, and it was about 5,000 over KBB, Edmunds, and Black Book value. So overall I hope they are happy with the commission or whatever money comes their way because I absolutely hate the car I am driving now, which is the mistake I have to live with. But when people ask me where I got my car I tell them to stay away from that dealership. More
