My existing vehicle suddenly died leaving me to find a replacement in a hurry. I have previously purchased vehicles at L&B Dodge so I thought I would start my search there. Upon entering the dealership I replacement in a hurry. I have previously purchased vehicles at L&B Dodge so I thought I would start my search there. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful receptionist. She handed me over to a salesman named Josh Gruver who was also was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. During the preliminary discussion as to what price range and models I was looking for he was very helpful and not a bit aggressive or pushy. He mentioned some vehicles that were in my price range and even one that was less. The sales manger stopped in and asked if I would be interested in a Jeep that was coming in that afternoon as a trade. It sounded too good to be true and I thought it would be out of my range but they made the financing work out so I was very pleased. After picking up the vehicle and driving it home I discovered the air conditioning wasn’t working and brought it back. They were very apologetic and gave me a loaner car while the AC was repaired. That same day the general manger Brad Strunk personally drove the car back to my house and explained what happened. He said any time I have a problem to just let him know. He said “The highest customer service is what L&B Dodge strives to attain”. I was very pleased with the way everyone at the dealership treated me from the receptionist, salesman, finance manager and the general manager. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and would certainly buy another vehicle from them as well as recommend them as a source for new or used vehicles. More

I go to savage L & B dodge because everyone there is friendly and very helpful, every time I have a problem they are there to help me get it fixed. Truck broke 2days after buying it. Keep in mind new 2012 ram 2500 diesel. 12 days gone by now and still no truck back. Horrible time with Dodge, Chrysler and L and B. Never again. I am receiving my second fleet car through this dealership, and found out my car arrived last Friday. I spoke with Heather, and was told "I will not have it ready untill next week, she has to take dealership, and found out my car arrived last Friday. I spoke with Heather, and was told "I will not have it ready untill next week, she has to take care of paying customers first." I then called back and reported this to the Sales manager, who said Hheather is the best they have and he can't hardly believe her saying that. They so forget so quickly that I get full maintenace on the car every 5000 miles, as well as several other service visits since I drive close to 50K miles a year. My personal deals and all future company deals will go somewhere else. More
