The American dream is alive and well at Savage L&B I'm not sure if it's the best people a dealership could possibly have working there or it's the Hemi horsepower I can't live without. I didn't even know I wanted a 2018 Rebel until I talked to Chris in sales. I've bought a Power wagon, a Latitude and a Rubicon from these cats and I love the service department as well as the sales department. This customer was not a priority It all started with a malfunctioning speaker in my 2017 Jeep Renegade. Three separate visits and the speaker is still not working. On the last visit It all started with a malfunctioning speaker in my 2017 Jeep Renegade. Three separate visits and the speaker is still not working. On the last visit, they decided that they needed to keep the vehicle overnight and offered a loaner. They pulled around huge RAM 4x4. Immediately we had concerns as we needed to park in a parking garage in Reading. We asked not one, but three different people if we should have any concerns about parking in the garage. We were assured that the truck is factory standard and should not have an issue fitting in the garage. Well, it was an issue and the top scraped, causing damage. Had to submit to my insurance company and pay $1000 deductible. I asked the dealer if they would take some of the responsibility, to no avail. I said that even $100 towards the deductible would satisfy me and the GM said no. So, I'm still without a speaker and out $1000. Taking our business elsewhere going forward. More

We had sold our 2nd vehicle and desperately needed another one. We had a vehicle with another dealership to buy, but that did not work out. Mel was on the computer desperately trying to find another vehicle, which we were looking for a Mini Van. He was frustrated and confused. I told him, "that's it" I am calling Chris down at Savage. I called Chris and told him our problem. We had been to Savage on November 1 and got a vehicle, which in our wildest dreams never thought we could afford. Thank you again, Chris. After calling Chris, he told us about the Mini Van that was on their lot. We had also seen it on their site. We drove down and the mini van was outside and we were surprised how well it was, clean and well maintained. We told Chris what we had to spend, since we are Senior citizens and on a fixed income. Since buying our Jeep just two weeks prior we didn't know that we could afford this vehicle. Chris worked with us and so did all of the Savage Staff. Chris always has that "ready smile" and made our experience the 2nd time around a life saving one. We want to thank all of you from Savage Jeep for helping us overcome this stressful time.
