I made an appointment for an oil change for 2:30, dropped my Chevy Colorado off and came back to pick it up @ 4:30... Service dept told me it was still not completed. I have waited 2:30m for a job that usall my Chevy Colorado off and came back to pick it up @ 4:30... Service dept told me it was still not completed. I have waited 2:30m for a job that usallaly should take a technician no more than an hour or less. Not satisfied today for sure! More
Staff are very kind and friendly. Sales man Rick Gerber went above and beyond, deserves a lot of credit for our buisness coming back to sapaugh. I haven't been very happy in the past with the service/ mechanics department and they really made me unhappy with my first personal car. My company bought 2 new trucks in the past and it has always been a hassle with not having my vehicle back in a timely manner or getting a equivalent loaner vehicle such as a truck since that's what I need for work while my work truck is in the shop. My last service on my truck was for a replacement torque converter replacement a few months ago, I popped the hood to see fluid all over the hoses and lower parts of the engin. Found not only my antifreeze level was low now but my transmission dip stick did not have a drop of fluid on it so it probably ruined my transmission. I just bought pre owned car above 40,000.00 get it home that night and noticed oil by the oil pan, brought it back the next day and they tell me the pan is bad and some o rings for the oil was leaking as well. This car was just inspected by the mechanics and they missed that, so I was patient about it, here I am over a week later without my car I just bought. That's unacceptable, not to mention no one ever called with an update after a week went by, I had to call and ask. Never heard a sorry or offered anything for the hassle. I have been very nice talking to them and patient. I need to buy 2 more service trucks and it makes me think twice if I should buy from them again. I would return my car if I could, this is ridiculous. More
Took my Buick in for a scheduled recall repair. After 3 hours, I received a call from the service dept. stating that they don't have the parts for the recall. My parents came into the dealership with a tire problem after a doctor's appointment, worried they couldn't make it home. Steven Charleville and the entire staff cared for them as if they were their own fa after a doctor's appointment, worried they couldn't make it home. Steven Charleville and the entire staff cared for them as if they were their own family. They fixed the tire, no charge and reassured my parents. This was truly above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about Dave Walker, Service Manager. When we were having problems with our car, he was the only one who identified the problem and had it taken care of ASAP.
