Awesome experience. We bought a car in 1 hour. Steve Ermer was exceptional showing us videos of SUVs before we got to come up there from Farmington. Very , kind, profess We bought a car in 1 hour. Steve Ermer was exceptional showing us videos of SUVs before we got to come up there from Farmington. Very , kind, professional and knowledgeable and personable as he was 10 years ago for my daughter getting her Grand Prix. After disillusionment and some learning I was thrilled my daughter said she'll call Ermer for me after scanning website and seeing if he was still there, and he started and could text me videos. I am so happy with my 22 Buick Encore I could jump for joy! He made it easy, and enjoyable. Everyone we asked questions to treated us just as good as Steve, although they weren't the ones selling us the car. My daughter will be buying a car next, and we will highly recommend you all.
