This is my second time using this dealership and also same salesman. I feel like Bart is genuine and fair. The dealership let me store my cars on their lot, after the sale, for person reasons. The people were super nice and helpful! It seemed a bit unorganized since the person I worked with was helping me and another set of customers and when I was trying to buy the car she kept It seemed a bit unorganized since the person I worked with was helping me and another set of customers and when I was trying to buy the car she kept removing herself to go to another customer, which I get, they want the Commission and that’s totally fine but I just felt I wasn’t important even though I wanted to leave with a car that day! One thing I was very disappointed in was the cleanliness of the vehicles I test drove! They were honestly disgusting! In many of the cars I test drive there was a ton of dog and/or cat hair all over the interior, like they hadn’t even vacuumed it when they got the car. Maybe they didn’t. One smelled so bad like smoke that I had it on my clothes when I got out and smelled like an ashtray, it also had ashes all over it as well. I waited probably around 45 minutes for them to detail my car for me to even leave bc the one I bought was also pretty dirty in the inside just not as bad as the others. I probably wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because of how nasty the vehicles were, yes the people were nice but they’re a car dealership … the cars should be clean!! More
