I had got a wheel alignment service at Santa Monica BMW and appeared that my steering wheel isn't straight anymore, it's turned 1 o'clock. They returned my car right before the shop closed so I had to driv and appeared that my steering wheel isn't straight anymore, it's turned 1 o'clock. The lead shop Forman is an A$$h0le. My car was not fixed. The Forman claimed it is within a specification and nothing he could do. He walked away from me as I was speaking and wanted My car was not fixed. The Forman claimed it is within a specification and nothing he could do. He walked away from me as I was speaking and wanted more clarification and proof as to why he would not address the issue. All he was concerned with was how he was going to bill back the parts or labor to BMW. And on top of it all I had to wait 2 days to find this all out. More
