Never going back to Santa Monica BMW! Suza was the main reason this didn’t get 1 star. Having to argue to have the Service Advisor and Tech do honest work is not the experience anyone wan Suza was the main reason this didn’t get 1 star. Really ? That’s approx. $7000 more than other 2 dealerships. I guess dealer doesn’t care about being competitive. More
