Great communication, great follow up, and when there was a miscommnication about an issue with my car they made plans to go above and beyond to resolve my issue even though I was in error. I was not happy that the first time I made an appointment, no one bothered to tell me I would need to leave my car for 2 days, so I went down there for nothing. So, make an appointment with a lon appointment, no one bothered to tell me I would need to leave my car for 2 days, so I went down there for nothing. So, make an appointment with a loner car. Things were good for about a week and then, the SAME problem happened....my coolant was leaking, so I had to take my car in again, having to wait another week to get my car in. Turns out the mechanic did a crappy job the first time and only looked at one hose. I was very irrigated I was still dealing with this. Then, when I finally went to pick up my car, it took over 15 minutes to get it to me. I was really tired of wasting my time. More
