I'm not sure if anyone cares about this, but if BMW's strategy involves hiring aggressive and unfriendly salespeople at their service centers, they really need to reconsider. The person I encountered was quite unpleasant, uneducated and showed a lack of respect for both the client and himself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies, let alone my friends. I couldn't even get a minute to explain my problem or get answer of why I paid money, so I ended up paying for nothing. I can't call this a service; it feels more like a rip-off. I cannot believe this is a company either. I felt I was dealing with a drug dealer. I'm really sad to share an opinion like this but, maybe it will help another customer in the future. More
