Upon initial inspection, tech did not notice (or removed) missing lug nuts on front right wheel and reported nothing found. My wife had to insist the vehicle be re-checked and missing lug nuts were found. missing lug nuts on front right wheel and reported nothing found. My wife had to insist the vehicle be re-checked and missing lug nuts were found. BTW - the only repair center that has worked on this vehicle is SM BMW thus leading to my conclusion that the lug nuts were not properly torqued during the last visit. This has shaken my confidence in your capabilities and also leads me to wonder if this has been properly repaired. Very disappointing. More
