I waited over 45 minutes to receive my loaner car. This was with an appointment. It started my day off horribly and I was late for my doctors appt. No on seemed to car that I was waiting. First time there and the people were very nice. I was skeptical at first because of all the less than stellar reviews but I was pleasantly pleased with the service on my old BMW. They opened promptly at 8AM as stated on ,y appointment. I went to get all the recall notices (3 of them) but only had one done. The other two recall notices would be labor intensive I was told my the service manager (Cissy, I believe), so I was offered a come-back date with a loaner vehicle (Javier) being offered. I will be back on 11/26 to drop off my vehicle. The service area was very clean and organized as was the waiting area. I will definitely comeback here to purchase a pre-owned BMW in the future.
