Routinely overbooks appointments. A standard service, I dropped my car at 9AM. At 4:30, I received a text, a video showing me the service, with captions, telling me I needed a new b A standard service, I dropped my car at 9AM. At 4:30, I received a text, a video showing me the service, with captions, telling me I needed a new battery. That's it. No price, no form to accept, no ability to contact the service rep. I called but of course could no reach him - I never can. He called 1 1/4 hours later with an exorbitant price. I accepted anyway and he said it would be done the next day, early. At 1:30pm the next day, I had heard nothing. I called and, of course, could not reach him. The car was not ready until 3:30pm. This is inexcusable service. I will not be returning to SM BMW for service. More

I called many times to make an appointment for a recall on my car. No one to talk with. I got a loaner with a broken windshield and a broken glove box. I got home and notice my wipers are broken! I made an appointment but they made me wait 1 hour, then they proceeded to come out and ask what I was doing in the waiting room. No apology at all or even a "sorry for making you wait" and very rude demean they proceeded to come out and ask what I was doing in the waiting room.
