The service rep was bullying and intimidating—he was more focused on the rating I’d give his service than he was with my comfort. He put me on the spot and demanded to know how I’d rate his service. I have been a BMW customer for over ten years and this was one of the worst and most uncomfortable interactions I’ve had with a BMW customer service rep.
