The dealership needs more staff. It appears that the advisers are overwhelmed with too much work and unable to respond to phone calls in a timely manner. This is not the fault of the advisers but that of the dealer for not having enough personnel. Trevor was great when I brought my car in, but I asked that they check the air in the tires while performing the $650 of repairs that I approved (above the $200 reason I brought the car in for to begin wi that they check the air in the tires while performing the $650 of repairs that I approved (above the $200 reason I brought the car in for to begin with), so I wouldn’t have to do it. I don’t think that was too much to ask and I was assured it was done. Two days later I started getting a low tire alert, so I am not happy. I’m not blaming Trevor for this because he communicated effectively and was helpful and courteous, but someone working in the service bay was careless. Attention to detail is everything. More
