We drove from Chicago, visiting Santa Fe, when my 2017 X5M’s MMI system stopped working. No information on the screen and no audio media working whatsoever. I went to Santa Fe BMW, they assessed the problem and necessary fix, ordered and installed a new head unit, and all is right with the world again. This process took a while since getting parts to Santa Fe is a longer process than it would have been in Chicago, but I was kept well-informed and was given a brand new 230xi to use while the work was being done. That car was a lot of fun to experience! Thank you Abdullah and the service department for putting us back on the road. More

My service was fine. I would suggest a better online scheduling form. Phones are answered immediately, scheduling service appointments is smooth & easy, everything is organized and on schedule. I received texts and phone calls alerting me to the progress being made, reports of unexpected items that needed repair, when work would be completed, etc. I complimented Mr. Safi in person for his cordiality, organization, and communication. His supervisor heard my compliments and agreed. This has been the most satisfying auto service experiences I’ve ever had. The dealership’s system is to be commended, and the owners could not ask for a better face to represent the dealership and the service department to the public than Mr.Safi. Thank you!! More
