The service advisors are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Giselle was fantastic. A great ambassador for the business. But the actual service techs concern me. Two visits ago they told me I needed to replace my cabin and engine air filters. They were brand new, just installed them myself the day before. How many others have they done this to who didnt really need a replacement? Visit before last they said they adjusted all tire pressures to 35psi as part of routine service. Actual tire pressures were varying from 38 to 41 psi, so obviously they didn't do the work as stated. Last visit they replaced door actuator and didn't properly reassemble the door panel. Had to bring it back to have them fix it. More
Rental car desk took my reserved Tacoma away. Would not give me one. Even though there was one in a rental bay. Wanted to give me a smaller sedan either no cargo space. They finally gave me a Highlander after I was going to reschedule my visit due to Devon’s interaction with the rental desk. Young woman at rental desk was very incompetent. Next day I went to put my trailer hitch on rental, I realized I could not do my tasks since there was not a receiver, as you know that’s why a like or close to like is why I reserved a Tundra. Service.. service called said truck ready. It wasn’t, I had to return a few days later after it was completed. Lack of clear communication with service. The customer service with scheduling as each other covers each others shifts aren’t all on the same page as far as each others clients regards. All in all your group always takes care of us well but more hiccups this time than in the past. We are grateful for what you do, I’m just giving you feedback as do you can smooth out the bumps! More

I had an issue with my tires after having just replaced them the week before. Initially there wasn't much that could be done since managers were not onsite on Saturday. Pablo took initiative to follow up. them the week before. Initially there wasn't much that could be done since managers were not onsite on Saturday. Pablo took initiative to follow up. Was able to resolve the issue and work out a good fix for the replacement tire. He also took the time to find answers to a couple of my questions. He could not resolve but provided the phone number to contact.He also went to my vehicle and helped to see if I could use the on screen info in future. It was a tough and unclear situation. I walked away feeling heard and that he went the extra mile personally and on behalf of Toyota. It turned was was feeling negative into a positive. More
