My father and I came to purchase a 2021 Rav4, could not be happier with the experience at this dealership, as well as the helpful salesmen and management here. The worst service department anywhere! Extremely UNETHICAL business practices. Robin the service writer bilked me out of several thousand dollars and never fixed the original problem which Extremely UNETHICAL business practices. Robin the service writer bilked me out of several thousand dollars and never fixed the original problem which was a thumping noise. Their technician broke my front passenger axel while not properly and effectively diagnosing the actual problem. Robin promised that if the second repair didn't correct the problem I wouldn't have to pay. Picked up my Corolla, paid, got on the road and realized I got ripped off. Went home called Robin and was told he would talk to his director about refund and get back to me by the end of the day. No phone call back! I now have to dispute the payment with my credit card company, and go on every internet site and blog I can find to tell my story to make others aware of what happened to me. Very discouraged! More
