My experience with Sansone was a pleasant one and I would highy recommend friends and family to go there. Robert Lopez was the first to approach us and he was very professional and friendly. After test driving the Rav4 I found that it was the car for me, we met with Robert Lopez, Oscar Cardozza and John Bellas who all very professional, friendly and clearly made their goal to get me in the car I wanted at an affordable price. I have been to other dealerships in the past and I have to say that Sansome was best i've been to and I do plan on getting my cars there in the future. I look forward to returning to Sansone when this lease is up and hopefully meeting with these same great employees again. More

I have been looking for a Tundra all summer. After visiting Sansone, they found the truck I wanted, invited me to check it out and we bought it in 2 days from the call. The team there was great making sure that the truck met my needs. They installed the bed cleats, reviewed the features with us, asked if we had questions and invited us back any time. I had visited other dealerships closer to my home since May and I was told "Toyota doesn't make Crew Max with a standard bed", "Sure we can find a truck for you just leave us $1,000". When I asked about the procedure for getting my $1,000 cash back the question was ignored. Hmmm...Sansone was everything I could ask for. Wish I had driven up there in May. I could have been driving on the beach this summer. More

Let's understand the whole story. I walked in and the 1st salesman, while very friendly and courteous, was not listening to me. When it finally became clear to him that I was not going to do what he wanted m salesman, while very friendly and courteous, was not listening to me. Again, the manager thought that he could get me to do what he wanted, not give me what I wanted. I told him that we had nothing to discuss. I started to exit the showroom and he called me back, but it was still his terms, not mine. I again repeated, "...then we have nothing to discuss.". Then a third salesman approached me and stated that he was a manager and would give me the car on my terms. I said I would go and get my car to be traded and return. When I returned with my car, the third person did not approach me or even look in my direction and I was referred to yet another salesman, Mr. Burse. I told him my terms and he listened and then we talked about the car, then I talked again and he listened again. Then he talked and I listened. Then we came to an agreeable price and the deal was made. I told him that I would not deal with this dealership again if he was no longer there as he seemed to be the only one who took me seriously. As a female, I do not like being thought of as naive and not knowledgeable. I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, just to get a feeling of dismissal from the first three salesman. Mr. Burse is the reason this location got the great ratings, but if he is not there, neither will I be there when I am ready to trade again. More

We didn't get into much haggling on price as I just told them what I was willing to pay (Edmunds TMV) and after about 10 minutes of waiting his manager said "ok." I'm sure if you're into haggling you could do a little better on price, but if you're into haggling, you already know that... Specifically, Steven Perelman is the kind of sales guy you want to deal with b/c he doesn't have that "cheezy" sales person feel you sometimes get with salesmen. like everyone else who dreads having to walk into a dealership and buy a new car from a group of sharks, i was hesitant when buying my new camry.
