Sansone Toyota was our first stop of the day, dedicated to just test driving and figuring out what make/model of car we wanted to buy. Vinny Crispino greeted us in a friendly and courteous manner as soon to just test driving and figuring out what make/model of car we wanted to buy. Vinny Crispino greeted us in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as we walked in the door. We explained we were just test driving and weren't buying that day. He remained just as friendly, showed us exactly what we wanted to see, spent the entire time with us answering our questions, let us test drive exactly what we wanted (2 cars) and didn't try to persuade us into something we didn't want/need. Never did he give the impression that he thought we were wasting his time or that he had better customers waiting. When we were leaving, without buying, he brought over his manager, Nastali, who was also very friendly and courteous. Neither tried pressuring us into making a decision then & there. Vinny gave us his cell phone number and said call if we needed anything else. We left happy. After test driving cars all day, our decision was between an Accord or Camry. We called Vinny and scheduled a time to come in and see another Camry w/ different trim. The service and the staff, as well as the Toyota incentives and the offer Vinny gave us, helped us decide on the Camry. Vinny remained friendy and professional through-out the entire process; he was great, as was the entire Sansone Toyota staff. More
