Great price but issue and still in service. I recently leased a toyota CHR. Did my homework before hand with all the numbers for my trade in and for the price of their car. For the deal 5 stars.... Now comes a few "speed bumps". The bluetooth microphone was not connected. Was told by salesrep that it just had to be updated. Not the case as I did point out it stated not connected. But felt as if I was being rushed along the way since the deal was completed. Before I even left the lot, I went back to sales to inform them my new car bluetooht microphone not work. (I might add as I was returning to the sales office, my sales rep did see me stop and say see this person and drove away). (and yes another sales rep did spend a decent amount of time with me to make sure it wasnt a setting issue 5 stars here). Well.....Its been now over a week car is in service center and a wire had to be ordered to fix the issue. (Again Service center is 10 stars doing the best job to fix the issue, nothing but praise here). However, if i knew the microphone was more "updating" as told to me by sales rep, I would of never left with this car. Update - They had to order another part - I have requested a new vehicle to swap, since the dealership already knew of the issue before I left the lot on night of sale. General Manager stated I got a great deal. I am not in discussions with Sansone Corporate . A survey should be completed honeslty and truthfully which is what i did with toyota survey. The day after I completed my toyota online survey, the salesperson calls me with an update from service (which I am very well aware of). In this conversation it was mentioned my survey hurt her and the dealership and attempted to make me feel guilty. I was told by another sansone rep that shouldnt of happened and a survey is meant to help the company improve..... This was not professional. negative stars here for that. Service. 10 stars for Adrian. He is not only the best service rep I have ever delt with, but kept me informed every step of the way. His manager bob also kept me informed one of the days when Adrian was not working. awesome all the way here However the other sales people I was talking to were extremly friendly and outgoing (this does go along way since I was not even their customer). Purchased car on 5/10 and now 5/22 I still don't have it. It is BRAND NEW. More
