The entire experience was great as far as car shopping goes. We didn't get into much haggling on price as I just told them what I was willing to pay (Edmunds TMV) and after about 10 minutes of waiting his manager said "ok." I'm sure if you're into haggling you could do a little better on price, but if you're into haggling, you already know that... Specifically, Steven Perelman is the kind of sales guy you want to deal with b/c he doesn't have that "cheezy" sales person feel you sometimes get with salesmen.
