I was originally referred by a friend to Mr. Sansone who beat our best offer elsewhere. On top of the great price, we had a great experience from our sales man Dante. I have been looking for a Tundra all summer. After visiting Sansone, they found the truck I wanted, invited me to check it out and we bought it in 2 days from the call. I had visited other dealerships closer to my home since May and I was told "Toyota doesn't make Crew Max with a standard bed", "Sure we can find a truck for you just leave us $1,000". When I asked about the procedure for getting my $1,000 cash back the question was ignored. Hmmm...Sansone was everything I could ask for. Wish I had driven up there in May. I could have been driving on the beach this summer. More

Let's understand the whole story. I walked in and the 1st salesman, while very friendly and courteous, was not listening to me. When it finally became clear to him that I was not going to do what he wanted m salesman, while very friendly and courteous, was not listening to me. Again, the manager thought that he could get me to do what he wanted, not give me what I wanted. I told him that we had nothing to discuss. I started to exit the showroom and he called me back, but it was still his terms, not mine. I again repeated, "...then we have nothing to discuss.". Then a third salesman approached me and stated that he was a manager and would give me the car on my terms. I said I would go and get my car to be traded and return. When I returned with my car, the third person did not approach me or even look in my direction and I was referred to yet another salesman, Mr. Burse. I told him my terms and he listened and then we talked about the car, then I talked again and he listened again. Then he talked and I listened. Then we came to an agreeable price and the deal was made. I told him that I would not deal with this dealership again if he was no longer there as he seemed to be the only one who took me seriously. As a female, I do not like being thought of as naive and not knowledgeable. I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, just to get a feeling of dismissal from the first three salesman. Mr. Burse is the reason this location got the great ratings, but if he is not there, neither will I be there when I am ready to trade again. More
