John handed us over to Oscar and told us he was the manager on the floor and would be there should we need him. John kindly walked us over to Oscars desk and asked if we would like cofee or a fresh drink. After an hour we bought a 2011 camry and were waiting to get into the processing dept (paperwork) we then meet a Jeff widom he was so kind then we saw a banner on the window saying this car was for her she cried. Thank you Sansone you have a GREAT TEAM, THEY ARE KEEPERS! More
DO NOT BUY anything from this place! Sansone Rt. 1 doesn’t thrive for the satisfaction of its customers, but in one word they are “Sneaky” in the way they do business. I purchased an Avalon Limited from this place. I own a medium size business and have never experienced the kind of dishonesty I saw at this dealer! Every time I solved a problem they surprised me with mor medium size business and have never experienced the kind of dishonesty I saw at this dealer! Every time I solved a problem they surprised me with more lies. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! 1. I was coming off a lease and they agreed to order the exact car I wanted since we had time. When my lease was up they said the car was in. I came down and they said to pick a car off the lot. They never ordered it like they promised. Now I was stuck and had to choose a car. About an hour of arguing here. 2. Lie two - I picked a car as close to what I ordered as I could but it did not have a satellite radio. They told me they would put it in and to come back in a few days. I came back and they had glued an after market satellite radio to the dash board. I said the satellite radio goes under the SAT button. They said this was the new way of doing it. After about two hours of arguing they put in the real satellite radio and removed the glue from the new car. 3. Lie three - They sold me a remote start that was pictured in the brochure. The one that put in the car was completely different and barely worked. After about 30 minutes of arguing I just took the car as it was and promised them I would tell as many people as possible. More
Anthony was a wonderful salesman and it was a pleasure to work with him. At no time during the visit did he attempt to pressure me into buying a car, nor did he get irate or pushy when we wanted to leave af work with him. The car price was set over the internet and phone. I have done my homework before going to the dealership, so I knew exactly what we need. We were met by Vinny Crispino .From the start Vinny was open and hon done my homework before going to the dealership, so I knew exactly what we need. We were met by Vinny Crispino .From the start Vinny was open and honest about pricing and our options. He really seemed to know what he was taking about and made incredibly low pressure on us throughout the negotiation process . Sales manager John Bellas was very pleasant, professional and patient. They were all trying to accommodate us. We stayed in the dealership for about 2 and half hours and were able to drive our new car home. We were treated wonderfully and everybody was very helpful. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. More
Took car in for a warranty issue. Picked up car and it seemed fixed for about an hour. Had to take it back and then the excuses started. First excuse "We can't fix your seat because it's aftermarket'...um seemed fixed for about an hour. Had to take it back and then the excuses started. First excuse "We can't fix your seat because it's aftermarket'...ummm we bought it like that from the dealer. It's called a limited edition. Second Excuse "It's the leather making the noise"...ummm never knew that leather snap, crackled and popped...maybe Rice Crispies wants to feature our car in their ads. We asked them if they could try changing the seat and they said no...too expensive and it's only an annoyance issue not a safety issue so we're out of luck. Funny how they 'fix' the leather noise for an hour after they adjust the seat...and then the noise comes back. But it's all about saving money not doing what's right. Oh and everytime we take the car in there's a new scratch on it. This went from being a great place to get serviced to an 8 minute oil change joint that doesn't care. Not worth the price. More
Made a visit to the dealership and test drove the car. Price was agreed upon - could not complete the transaction due to time constraints. I returned to the dealership to complete the transaction the next day and even sent away my ride to the dealership. I was informed by the sales management team that the calculations done by the sales manager were wrong and that there was an uptick in price. When I announced that I was leaving, the sales managers was rather rude. I do have to say that the sales person (Mohammed Elbery) redeemed himself by giving me a ride back to my workplace. More

We bought a Prius III recently and they tricked us into thinking that we were paying 23k f sales rep, JASON VALDEZ and his manager, ALBERT VALDEZ! We bought a Prius III recently and they tricked us into thinking that we were paying 23k for the price of the vehicle. After we completed the deal and paperwork, we realized that we are paying almost 30k for the car. When we asked Jason to explain, Jason turned around and said the 23k is the total amount financed including our $6500 down payment. This brings the total price of the car to $29500! This is more than the MSRP of the car! It makes no sense at all and he insisted that we were negotiating on the total FINANCE price including the down payment. We didn't EVEN tell him how much we were putting down until after the negotiation! Who in their right mind would negotiate with the total FINANCE price! They are a bunch of liars including the manager, Albert Valdez! In the end, nothing was resolved. We walked out of there feeling scammed! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER! More
My only disappointment with this dealer is that we agreed on a price over the phone after I had visited 4 other dealerships. Once I got there and they brought the car out, the salesman I was dealing with then said he forgot to mention the 900.00 up-charge for dealer customization that included pin-striping, door molding, and VIN engraving. I told him that I wanted these charges removed as we had agreed on a set price. After pretending to talk to his manager, he cam back, shook my hand and said "Congratulations, you have a new car." I said "You removed the 900?" and he said the manager would only take off half. Then he gave me an interest rate that was high and I told him I had a credit rating in the 800's. He didn't even bother to check the rating and gave me a slightly lower rate. I bought the car because I wanted it, but felt the management encourages and rewards shady business practices. I would be reluctant to buy here again. More
