Go see them at Sansone. I went there expecting the usual I had been getting for the past two weeks or so shopping for a car. The "oh the sticker price is after you put 3K down for financing" or "sorry sir y I had been getting for the past two weeks or so shopping for a car. Well Jason was helpful from the start. He was patient not pushy and spoke my language. I truly enjoyed my experience there on Saturday 2/26/2011. I went there looking to lease I had a preset amount I wanted to put down and pay each month. I was looking for a good deal and I got a great one! John Grillo helped Jason push the paperwork through quick and made it easier for me not to worry about anything. I felt extremely confident in my decision and happy with the payment plan set up over this 36 month lease. They explained the process and got me approved through Toyota Financial which was explained to me as being the better option for financing and leasing. John was talkative and funny Jason explained in detail all the features and options in my new SUV and contract. I left there truly staisfied. I read some of the reviews here and I disagree strongly. Went in not expecting too much and was very surprised with the service and attention i received from Chris Mandella and John Grillo. Chris from the start was not pushy at all he was very paitent as my wife and I discussed our options and test drove a few used vehicles. Chris suggested a lease option that would not only be cheaper as a monthly payment but also help us re-establish our credit. John assisted Chris in everyway possible to help us get into and drive off with our new RAV 4 today! They had an excellent staff and a good atmosphere. My wife is not the easiest person to help make a decision and I myself felt we didn't have many options but after speaking to John and Chris explaining the possibilities I felt alot more confident in my decision and my wife was very happy. They had the vehicle detailed and paperwork ready to go in less then 2 hours. The free coffee and live entertainment was a nice touch in helping pass the time while we waited for our new SUV.
