In doing this, he stayed in contact with the insurance company via their inspectors and their office. He also stayed in touch with my son and me, making sure both of us knew where they were with the car's repairs and the insurance claim paperwork. If he could not be reached, he returned calls quickly. He went out of his way to help us justify a warranty claim, using the findings of our insurance company experts and what he saw when the car was dismantled to push for warranty coverage with Toyota. I definitely recommend Sansone Toyota and especially John Specht if you ever need someone to coordinate your car's repair work. More

After looking for cars all morning, this was the only dealer where someone was at the front door to greet us and immediately assist us. I was interested in sitting and driving a Venza and didn't want any fanfare. Dari and I quickly established a rapport and within five minutes, Dari had the keys to a Venza so that I could try it out. What impressed me the most is that although the New Jersey area experienced several snow storms, most of the cars at the dealership were "snowed in." This did not stop Dari from showing us the exact car that I had asked to see. In fact, Dari brought a snow broom with her! No excuses, which for me was refreshing. Dari immediately made me feel that I was in great hands. Her extensive car knowledge, warm personality makes you feel special. I have to say that I have never before felt "special" when purchasing a car. This in and of itself speaks volumes about Dari as in the past, buying a car was always a hassle and impersonal. She genuinely listened to my concerns as I was extremely nervous about leasing a car as I had never leased a car before. She pointed out the pros and cons of leasing, but let me make my own decision without any pressure! She was patient and understanding throughout the entire process and I was putting pressure on myself the entire process... I know that I have very high standards when doing any kind of business and Dari exceeded all expectations. I personally am going to share this positive experience with all my friends and family and want to thank Dari for all of her efforts. Dari did a great job. Sansone Toyota is lucky to have her. Not having the greatest credit, we went into Toyota seeing if there was anything we can do to get a new and reliable car. It's also embarrassing when you don't have good credit. Dari made us very comfortable talking with her and the entire process overall. She got us an amazing deal and a way for us to get a car that would work with our credit. She was friendly, funny and did an amazing job! Also we worked with Terry who was a financial advisor at the dealership. He was able to find us even more ways to save money. This was our first brand new car and the experience was amazing! Most people just want you to buy a car and get out, not here. They made sure we understood everything and found a way to work with us. If your looking for a car, go check out Toyota and ask for Dari!!! More
