Great salesman! We could have purchased our new car anywhere. We shopped on the Internet and had virtually the same price from at least 3 dealers in our area. I should mention, prior to looking on the Internet, we stopped at Sansone to examine the new Toyota Highlander and see if they had what we were looking for. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Eli, our salesman. We explained we were not buying a car that day but could be in the near future. Understanding this, Eli spent more than an hour with us test driving a few cars and explaining our options, NEVER making us feel pressured to buy immediately. We left the dealership knowing what we wanted and understanding our options, thanks to the extraordinary help of Eli. I indicated at the time if we did buy a car it would be from him. Within weeks we returned and ordered the car from Eli. Not because of price, dealership, location, etc., only because of Eli and his personality and demeanor. He provided a wonderful sales experience and we are very happy with our new car thanks to him!!! More

I had the pleasure of being blessed with Jose Bustamante as my salesman. He went completely above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with all decision's and options. Saying he was helpful is a complete understatement. He has completely changed my thought process on how dealerships work. Hes wonderful at what he does. He's all about his customers and completely making sure they are happy and confirms it by making sure your ok throughout the process.
