Outstanding experience ! I contacted Danny Zeledon prior to my visit with a list of vehicles that caught my eye while checking the online inventory. While virtual window I contacted Danny Zeledon prior to my visit with a list of vehicles that caught my eye while checking the online inventory. While virtual window shopping, I talked myself into the idea that I was going in to get something gently used or new to me. Upon arrival Danny had the vehicles ready and was very prepared to go over the vehicles with me. After some conversation and weighing the options of new vs used, lease vs finance, and inquiring about different makes and models I was able to make the best informed decision with my personal needs (make, model, size, trim, PRICE) leading the transaction. Danny was an extremely patient and informative, he discussed the incentives and programs that would be most beneficial to myself. Never did I get the sense of pressure or feel any sales driven obligation. The finance team did their best to get me the best deal through various financing options. At the end of the day I am very happy with the acquisition of my 2024 RAV4 XLE. I would definitely refer anyone to visit Sansone Toyota for a new or used vehicle, and ask for Danny Zeledon !!
