I came few times to Sanson toyota with trunk door of my car not opening and closing properly. They would open little bit or half way and get stuck, or close only half way etc. Sansone technicians couldn’t find any issues with it. They only restarted it with holding down the button. Last time i even heard that the reason of it can be that „ there is air pressure building above the car (car is always parked outside) and that pressure is pushing on the trunk door and that’s why it is getting stuck” 😂 sooo profesional… I took that car to different dealership and right away they found issue- the trunk door is not unlined correctly. The car was never in accident, was only serviced in Sanson and it was bought in Sanson in 2023. Sansone is refusing to fix it.
