Deceitful practices... read your contracts carefully!!! in 2014 leased a car that I had been looking for since my Honda Crosstour was near the end of its lease. So we ended up leasing the only fully loaded Kia Cadenza they had and we were very happy with the car. A few months before the lease was up and during one of my service visits they tried to lease me a newer model and I tried to downgrade to a Kia Optima to lower my payments but to my disbelieve the same salesperson that leased my Cadenza, Mr. Jeffrey Fore was coming up with the same $3500 at delivery plus a similar monthly payment for a smaller term. Of course that didn't make much sense and I ended up buying a brand new VW's for the same I was paying for my lease. My real reason for this review is that after I returned the vehicle a month before the lease was up and after paying all the months due I get a bill from Kia Finance for a "Disposition Fee" of $400 plus taxes. It turns out that Sansone slipped a $400 fee that gets applied if you don't purchase your leased vehicle. And deliberately they chose not to explain you that ridiculous charge, which Kia subjects to Sales Taxes on top of. That is as deceitful as I've ever seen from a car dealership. there is no way I would have signed a disguised charge as that and I never had such a charge for any of the previously leased Honda or Nissan. Stay away from dishonest dealerships! More

Used car I bought a 2011 chevy Cruze from this dealership the salesman was with a bad attitude. (Sam). They damaged my bumper while I was signing the paperwork. They told me it would be fixed. It took three days just to change a bumper cover. It's almost four weeks to transfer my plates. When I called the dealership no one has an answer. And my temporary plate runs out in a couple days. This dealership is horrible would not recommend this dealership to anybody. More
Outright bait and switch I received an email from Sansone Kia stating that they would like an opportunity buy back my leased 2015 Cadenza for the pre-owned inventory. Sansone I received an email from Sansone Kia stating that they would like an opportunity buy back my leased 2015 Cadenza for the pre-owned inventory. Sansone acknowledge in the email that I still had 11 months on my lease at 380 per month. The email stated that they would offer to lease me current year Cadenza at approximately the same monthly payment. I made the appointment and came down to Sansone Kia. I am then told by the salesperson that because I still owe 11 months on my Cadenza that they can not put me in the car for the same price. After yell a bit that they called me and reciting the email that I received stating the fact, he then tells me he can put me in an Optima for the 380 per month. Then the finance manager comes over and tells me that the appraisal on my vehicle was low. My miles are 3000 less than what the norm is, I may need new tires but everything else with the car is in great shape. This dealership tries to scam customers with bait and switch tactics. But then again all dealership do this. More
Great experience and fast process! Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza Being that I'm a former employee of Sansone Kia I went back to see coworker Jeff Fore to lease another Kia. I originally wanted the base model Cadenza which they no longer had.. they had one that was the next trim level up from the base model.. although they offered me a great deal on it, it still didn't fit my budget.. both Jeff and Mike made every effort to locate a base model but nothing turned up within a 200 mile radius.. so being that I had a couple more months left on my current lease I decided to leave and think about my options.. I called Mike and Jeff back a couple hours later to price out an Optima EX instead.. with having the color combo I wanted in stock and an offer I couldn't refuse I went back an hour later, Shahid from finance already had approved the lease all I had to do was just sign the paperwork and I drove off 45 minutes later! Although I didn't leave originally with car I really wanted the EX has a lot more options than the base model Cadenza and it more than fits my budget!! I will gladly go back to give them future business and I would recommend them to anyone! I was very pleased! More

The staff went out of their way on a Sunday to find the car I wanted. I was driving away in my new 2017 Kia Sportage SX by Thursday afternoon. I love the car! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. More
