Service on my Kia I bought my Kia Optima SX (not at this dealer) a few years at Global Auto Mall where I get terrible service and the run around. So... I started coming to Sansone who has been amazing since 2015. I have been having a major issue with my steering and Spencer was truly understanding and helped me get back a safe car again. I had to hug him at the end as he has been so supportive listening to me, and helping me, especially as a lady... and get what I need done without the “extra” add on’s. Spencer is Kia’s angel! No Problem here! I turned in a leased vehicle June, 2017 without leasing another vehicle. There was no $400 surcharge.
